Free People Trend Board.

During the interview process for a buying position with Free People, I was tasked with creating a trend board for Winter/Spring 2021. I had to choose three different product categories and create two trend boards for each of the different categories. I had never done something like this, outside of the fashion scrapbooking I used to do on my bedroom wall circa 2007, and I had so much fun with it! I wanted to choose brands and pieces of clothing that were out of Free People’s traditional comfort zone while still sticking true to the brand and its customer. I worked on this for about a week and loved every minute of it! I kind of want to make trend boards for a living.
